A huge seven storey building of Gurudwara Sahib at an estimated cost of about 12 crores, is coming up at Baru Sahib at a great speed. Achieving a new height, a hall measuring 52’8”x52’8” square feet has been constructed on the seventh floor.
On 16 Aug 2006, the lintel of the hall was completed, for which a jatha of 900 Sikh Sangat from the various areas of Punjab rendered their free services.
Now, for further beautifying the hall, four domes for the minarets around the hall are to be erected measuring 21’6”x 21’6” each. Finally, the big dome as top with a radius of 2778 square feet will be constructed to complete the infrastructural erection.
